Kalashnikov Bayonets of the World

Here are a couple new style hangers for Polish AKM bayonets. They are designed for use with the latest Molle Load Bearing Equipment. They can be used with or without the standard leather snap hanger attached to secure the hilt. These came from a friend in Poland. Thanks Patryk! Mike

I have a picture of Romanian LBE gear with similar bayonet hanger attachment. I am not sure if the are separate or part of the harness. I would be nice to have them also. Mike

I was afraid of that. Guess I need a Romanian combat vest with the attached bayonet hanger. Not easy to display on my wall though. Thanks for the info. Mike

This is supposedly another version of a Polish AKM bayonet hanger for Molle load bearing equipment. I am not sure if this is "real" or "official" or just something someone made up. They have been for sale online from various sources, including Poland and advertised as the real thing. Does anyone else have any information about these hangers? Mike

this hanger is from a polish "y-strap" harness, and a lot of these were cut to be used with molle plate carrier

Very good information, once again. Something else to look out for now, but at least these will be a relatively cheap addition to the collection

These demonstrate, as do the Lithuanian belt hangers I have in my collection, that the Romanian 6X3 bayonet hangers were way ahead of their time when it came to practicality. and I note in the picture above, the Romanians still appear to be issuing 6X3 bayonets.
