Romanian AKM 6X3 Type I "G" marked?

I recently notice an unusual stamped marking on a Romanian AKM 6X3 Type I bayonet. It is a standard model, but has a "G" stamped on the right side of the cross guard. I am wondering if this has anything to do with the AKM rifles that were issued to the Romanian Civil Patriotic Guard or "Garda" These rifles were semi automatic and marked with "G" to differentiate them from the military full auto version. Does anyone have any ideas or information about the "G" stamped bayonets? Has anyone else ever noticed one? Mike

The "G" marked rifles are known and documented. My question is if the bayonets were also marked with the "G" for the same reason, for issue to the Garda. Would that make them special for a collector? Or are the "G" marked bayonets just a coincidence? Perhaps just a proof or inspection mark? Mike
