Ability to thank for posts

Hi all,
For a while now, I've regretted not having the ability to thank people for posts. Sometimes we don't just want to post a new repky to say "thanks" as it doesn't really add anything. But it's important that we acknowledge that we do appreciate the info given, and finally I found a decent extension to the software to allow for a "Thanks" response. This so that people who help, know that we are reading and appreciating their efforts.
So above a post, to the right, you should now see the thumbs up sign where you can just tell someone you appreciate the reply.
A small thing, but one that I think is important.
