Nice find. There is more information on these Lithuanian hangers on this forum. Listed in the "Kalashnikov Bayonets" section under "Other" heading.
I am still curious about what the keyhole slot is for at the bottom. Does anyone have any idea what it is for?

Good find.
Many years ago, I bought one of them from a chap in South Africa, see below:
and I have no idea of the purpose of the bottom 'key hole' slot.
